In a small Tribeca church, fans of Tony Bourdain once gathered to celebrate his unrivaled & trailblazing legacy ~ lucky audience to one of his films, while a dedicated community of cooks feasted them with dishes inspired by what they watched onscreen. Years later, we seek to recreate a celebration of one of our own industry denizens who we lovingly refer to as Uncle Tony, on what would have been his 69th birthday. Please join us in the gardens of the Primo farm and inside our rustic barn so we may share our admiration and respect with all of you.
