From Southern Maine (The Coastal Route): Take one of two routes: U.S. Route 1 North or I-95 North. 1) Take U.S. Route 1 North to Rockland (the next town past Thomaston). Route 1 dead-ends at Main Street (Rite Aid on your right, Trade Winds Motor Inn across the street). At this light (Main Street), go right (the sign says "Owls Head/So. Thomaston"), following Route 73 for @ 8/10 of a mile. Primo is on your right-hand side, directly across from the Mid-Coast School of Technology.
From Souther Maine (I-95): Take I-95 north to Augusta, then take Route 17 east to Rockland. Route 17 dead-ends at U.S. Route 1; bear right onto U.S. Route 1 South (Union Street). Follow the signs for "1 South/"To 73" onto Union Street. Continue on Union Street for @ 8 blocks, to the 2nd traffic light: Park Street (Camden National Bank is on your left, Rite Aid across the street to your left). Go left onto Park Street (which is briefly U.S. Route 1 North), then right at the next light (Main Street -- the sign says "Owls Head/So. Thomaston"), following Route 73 for @ 8/10 of a mile. Primo is on your right-hand side, directly across from the Mid-Coast School of Technology.
From Camden, Belfast and Down East: Take U.S. Route 1 South to Rockland (the next town past Rockport). Bear right as Route 1 splits into one-way-only traffic, following the signs for "1 South/"To 73" onto Union Street. Continue on Union Street for @ 8 blocks, to the 2nd traffic light: Park Street (Camden National Bank is on your left, Rite Aid across the street to your left). Go left onto Park Street (which is briefly U.S. Route 1 North), then right at the next light (Main Street -- the sign says "Owls Head/So. Thomaston"), following Route 73 for @ 8/10 of a mile.
